Outgrowing the Pasta Pot

A small batch with a big idea

What started in a pasta pot evolved and grew to a 30,000 square foot brewery in Clayton, NC. What was once consumed by dorm mates is now distributed throughout the country and on thousands of shelves. MATI began as a small passion project to get more out life and now serves healthy energy to all walks of life.

Guayusa leaves and water steep in our kettles to create an energizing brew.

Before carbonating, we allow time to cool.
